INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM USING AN INTERNET PAY PHONE, CAPABLE OF A VOICE CALL AND A VIDEO CALL THROUGH AN INTERNET

PURPOSE: An information providing system using an internet pay phone is provided to enable a user to search desired information through an internet network using a general pay phone. CONSTITUTION: A relay server(300) provides normally available update server and charge processing server information to an internet pay phone(100). When an internet pay phone requests an advertisement, an update server(400) provides advertisement information stored in an advertisement storage unit. A charging processing server(200) calculates call charges using a voice call fee per second and voice call time information. The charging processing se calculates call charges using a video call fee per second and video call time information.
