PURPOSE: A mat for slide capable of easy expansion and contraction is provided, which can prevent generation of the safety accident due to the bending of the surface and damage of mat. CONSTITUTION: A mat for slide capable of easy expansion and contraction comprises: a mat body(310) of the square shape in which a sliding projection is perpendicularly projected in the top; a combining projection(321) which is perpendicularly projected from two sides among the edge of the mat body of the square shape; and a combining aperture(331) formed in two sides among the edge of the mat body of the square shape.
