PURPOSE: A method for preparing a food composition containing sweet potato starch and galactomannan is provided to optimize galactomannan content, thereby enabling a user to apply it to various foods. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a food composition containing sweet potato starch and galactomannan comprises the following steps of: mixing 100 parts sweet potato starch and 0.1-1.0 part galactomannan; mixing the mixture in water and stirring them at room temperature; molding them into paste; and heating the paste at the same time stirring it. |
