PURPOSE: A photovoltaic module including a heat radiation sheet coated with ceramic is provided to obtain high heat emissivity by forming a ceramic coating layer on the surface which opposes to the surface contacted with a rear sheet. CONSTITUTION: A solar power generation module is stacked in the order of a glass substrate(10), a front side solar ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA)(20), a solar cell(30), a rear side solar EVA(40) and a rear sheet(50). A heat radiation sheet(60) forms a ceramic coating layer using an adhesive(55) on the outer side of the rear sheet. The ceramic coating layer is formed on the surface of one or both sides of the heat radiation sheet. The heat radiation sheet uses aluminum, copper, brass, a steel sheet or stainless. |
