PURPOSE: A motorized apparatus for splitting log is provided to improve work stability by cutting the log in state that the log lies in longitudinal direction without standing the log and to obtain improved precision by freely controlling horizontal split location. CONSTITUTION: A motorized apparatus for splitting log comprises: a base(10) forming a deposit space of the log; a transport unit(20) pressurizing one side of the log and transporting the log to the other side of the log by advancing a pressurizing rod(21) through access of a fluid pressure and an air pressure; and a blade part(30) which is included on the other side of the base. The other side of the log is split using the blade part. |
