PURPOSE: A washer device of a head lamp for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by applying a simple rotation mode. CONSTITUTION: A washer device of a head lamp for a vehicle comprises a nozzle unit(10) and a slide drive part. The nozzle unit integrally installs to the inner side of a nozzle cover(110). The nozzle unit comprises a plate type valve, a compressed spring, and a washer solution circulation flow path. The washer solution circulation flow path comprises a washer solution inlet port which is installed at the central flow way and a washer solution outlet port which is installed at the side flow line. A nozzle pipe, in which the washer solution is transferred, is connected to one side of the nozzle unit. The slide drive part exposes the injection nozzle, and is integrally located in the nozzle unit and rotates with the spray pressure of the washer solution. The slide drive part has a guide structure.
