PURPOSE: An apparatus for inoculating and sealing mushroom spawn is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the number of working process, and to improve productivity of mushroom with a sealing process sealing an inlet of a culture medium bag. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor(110) transfers a culture bag of which top if opened and a culture medium is received. A guide rail(120) guides the upper both ends of the culture bag. A spawn inoculation part(130) inoculates spawn in the culture bag after opened the top of the culture bag. A sealing part(140) fuses the top of the culture bag. The spawn inoculation part includes an adsorption cylinder(131), a first adhesion cylinder(132), an elevating cylinder(133), and a spawn inoculation tool(134). The sealing part includes a bonding machine(143). A first sensor(150) and a second sensor(160) are installed on the conveyor. |
