PURPOSE: A water-soluble epoxy resin finishing member composition for thick coating is provided to remove volatile organic compounds and harmful heavy metals from the composition, and to improve storage stability, water resistance and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble epoxy resin finishing member composition for thick coating contains a base material mixture and a hardener mixture. The base material mixture includes 70~90wt% of bisphenol A epoxy resin or bisphenol F epoxy resin, and 10~30wt% of reactive diluent. The hardener mixture includes 30~70wt% of resin, 1~10wt% of coloring agent, 0.1~5wt% of additive, 10~40wt% of filler, and 0.1~5wt% of curing accelerator of 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol.
