PURPOSE: An engine control method of an LNG vehicle is provided to prevent damage to an engine by controlling the engine according to the constitutional change of the fuel because methane exhausted from LNG of the fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: An engine control method of an LNG vehicle comprises following steps. The fuel amount change of a fuel tank is detected during parking(S13). When fuel amount is changed, the change of methane content according to fuel amount change is calculated, and the methane content of the remaining fuel is calculated.
