PURPOSE: A component washing device and a method is provided to reduce the concentration of VOC gas by filtering the VOC gas of a discharge pipe using a first and a second filter. CONSTITUTION: A component washing device comprises a drum(10), a chamber(20), a first and a second nozzle(31,32), a condensing part(60), a VOC gas exhaust port, a circulating pipe(50), a blowing part(52), a re-circulating pipe(55), and a first filter(70). The drum stores the organic solvent. The chamber comprises an object washing space. The first nozzle sprays an organic solvent of a drum to the object. The condensation part condenses the VOC gas. The second nozzle is installed in the chamber. The VOC gas exhaust port is formed in the chamber. The circulating pipe circulates the VOC gas between the second nozzle and the VOC gas exhaust port. The blowing part is installed in the circulating pipe. The recirculation pipe is branched from the circulating pipe. The first filter passes through the gas of the re-circulating pipe.
