PURPOSE: A hybrid mobile floating port is provided to unload a large amount of loads by contacting with a ship on seawater. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid mobile floating port comprises a floating port(10) and a container transportation unit. The floating port comprises a crane(11) which loads and unloads a container cargo and a docking part(12). The floating port comprises one or more freight unit eye pieces having the shape corresponding to container transportation unit. A docking device(13) for making come alongside the quay the ship in the floating port is installed in the docking part.
