PURPOSE: A frame for farming and a rope assembly applied to the same are provided, which prevent a lifetime reduction about a site submerged in water surface and environmental contamination and can be installed easily and stably. CONSTITUTION: A frame for farming comprises: a line(100) consisting of a coating body which is made of soft PVC in order to prevent the expose of a rope to the outside while wrapping up a rope; a heavy body formed in a wire or rod-shape; a rope made by covering a heavy body, wrapping up the synthetic fiber; a low line(200) consisting of coating body which is made of soft PVC in order to prevent a rope from being exposed to the outside while covering the outer surface of the rope; connection lines(300) which interlink a line and a low line each other and are formed by rolling a farming line for farming various kinds of farming materials in a boundary surface.
