PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing defective portions from a cold rolled coil is provided to prevent scrap trapped in a conveyor belt by reducing the time for scrap disposal. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing defective portions from a cold rolled coil comprises a conveyer belt part, a gear part, a front conveyer belt rotating part, and a rear conveyer belt rotating part. The conveyer belt part transfers cut scrap to a guide gate. A defective portion of the cold rolled coil is at a time transferred to a scrap box through the conveyer belt. The gear part comprises a motor gear(22), a lower gear(23), and an upper gear(24). The front conveyer belt rotating part comprises a gear bracket(25), conveyor rolls(29,50), a bracket(30), and a guide bracket(32). The rear conveyer belt rotating part comprises bearing blocks(17,18,54), a bearing axis(48), and a guide bearing block(46).
