MARKER FOR DIAGONOSING PELVIC ORGAN PROLAPSE USING GLYCINE

摘要

PURPOSE: A marker for diagnosing pelvic organ prolapse containing glycine is provided to sense pelvic organ prolapse occurrence by measuring glycine concentration in urine sample. CONSTITUTION: A marker for diagnosing pelvic organ prolapsed contains glycine. The marker is glycine in urine. In case of containing less than 70% of glycine concentration in urine, pelvic organ prolapse can be caused. The glycine concentration is measured using capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry(CE-MS). A method for diagnosing pelvic organ prolapse comprises: a step of collecting urine sample from a patient; a step of solidifying and filtering protein in urine sample to remove; a step of injecting CE-MS to qualify glycine concentration.
