An image processing device and method, a recording medium, and a program capable of correcting a camera-shake applied during imaging. Discrete camera-shake amount data is acquired and camera-shake amount data is interpolated for each line from the discrete camera-shake amount data. By this interpolation, a camera-shake correction amount for each line is calculated from the camera-shake amount prepared for each line. According to the camera-shake correction amount, a pixel data read position is decided and pixel data is read out according to the read position decided. When a pixel at the position to be read out is a pixel at a position over two pixels, pixel data of the pixel positioned at the position to be read out is generated (interpolated) from a plurality of pixel data. Thus, the affect by camera- shake is corrected. This invention can be applied to a video camera. |
