<p>The lock has an actuating device for sliding oblong maneuvering units (11, 12) with respect to one another in opposed directions, where the maneuvering units are in the form of plates. Each maneuvering unit has coupling ends (13a, 13b, 14a, 14b) that are fixed to upper and lower bars (1, 2). The bars (1, 2) are fixed indifferently on the maneuvering units, respectively, so as to lock a door e.g. right or left fire-retardant door, along one of translation directions of the maneuvering units. A blocking unit (22) prevents a forced translation of the maneuvering units.</p> |
