PURPOSE: A clamping device of a conveying shaft is provided to correct the iterative precision of a conveying shaft by maintaining the stop position of a conveying shaft while the conveying shaft is stopped. CONSTITUTION: A clamping device(100) of a conveying shaft comprises a fixture piece(34), a cross rail(40), a piston(130), a pressure spring(140), a fixed block(200), a movable bolt(190), an operating bar(170). The fixture piece is formed on one side of a column(30). The cross rail linearly moves in the column. The piston move forward and backward inside the cylinder. The pressure spring applies returning force in the direction extruding piston. The fixed block is separated from the cylinder and is installed in the cross rail. The movable bolt is prevented from being separated from the fixed block. One end of the operating bar contacts with the end of the piston and the other end contacts the fixture piece.
