PURPOSE: A solid imaging apparatus, a manufacturing method thereof, and a camera are provided to improve the picture quality of the image-pickup picture. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric converter receives light in the light receiving surface. The photoelectric converter creates the signal charge by converting photoelectrically the received light in the light receiving surface. An optical waveguide induces the light on the light-receiving surface. A color filter(301) tints the light. The tinted light comes out in the optical waveguide. An optical waveguide core unit(131) includes a first core unit(131a) and a second core unit(131b). The color filter includes a green filter layer(301G), a red filter layer(301R), and a blue filter layer(301B). |
