PURPOSE: A power change measuring method and a system according to a load control of electric devices are provided to calculate a change of a consumed power through the load control. CONSTITUTION: An electronic watt hour meter(130) senses a change of a consumed power of a plurality of electric devices based on a load control start time point. The electronic watt hour meter stores a change power value showing change of the detected consumed power. A power manager(120) calculates the change of the consumed power through the load control from the load control start time point to a load control final point. A load controller(110) implements the load control about the electric devices according to a load control request of the power manager.
