POWER SEMICONDUCTOR MODULE

PURPOSE: An electrical semiconductor module is provided to drastically improve assemblies and productivity by mounting an integrated phase terminal unit on a DBC-substrate at a time. CONSTITUTION: An electrical semiconductor device(150) is mounted on a substrate(100). An integrated phases terminal unit(300) forms a power supply terminal, a signal terminal and a body part(390) with an integration type. The power supply terminal and the signal terminal are simultaneously connected to the substrate by mounting the integrated phase terminal unit on the substrate. The power supply terminal and the signal terminal with the body part are insert injection in a same insert injection mold. The substrate is a DBC substrate.
