PURPOSE: A cap is provided to increase fuel efficiency by preventing oil pressure from being flickered and using the oil pump of small capacity. CONSTITUTION: A cap comprises an oil supply circuit(200) and an oil backflow preventing unit. The oil supply circuit supplies fluid pressure to a continuously variable valve timing. The oil backflow preventing unit is formed in the oil supply circuit. The oil backflow preventing unit comprises a backflow prevention hole(130) and a backflow prevention part(140). The backflow prevention hole comprises an inlet(110) for fluid pressure and an outlet(120) for fluid pressure and is formed in the backflow prevention hole. The backflow prevention part is formed in the backflow prevention hole.
