Subject: mill for olive fruit - jus extractor in general. Constitution: a moving belt moving on a base, a lid covering the belt and pressing the products, beams having blades being adjacent to said beams and held by chains, and a funnel receiving the products to be pressed. Jus extraction process: the products are drawn away by the belt, and deposited, in the sequel, under the lid being converging, in a parallel way, to the beams. The size of the product is equal to the distance between the end of the lid and the blade of the belt being parallel to the movement of the chain. |
