An electric cleaner in which vibration caused by driving of an electric blower section is reliably absorbed. The electric blower section (11) for generating negative pressure when driven is received in a body case (5). Urging means (29) and urging means (30) are mounted to the body case (5). In a side view of the electric blower section (11), the urging means (29) urges the electric blower section (11) from the front side toward the center (G) of gravity of the electric blower section (11) and the urging means (30) urges the electric blower section (11) from the rear side. Vibration caused by driving of the electric blower section (11) can be reliably absorbed by urging by springs of the urging means (29, 30), and this insulates against transmission of vibration to the body case (5).
