<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the durability of a bearing part and to supply developer over the whole in the axial direction of a developing roller (developer carrier), without increasing the size of an apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The developing apparatus includes a first rotation member having a mixing and transfer member to transfer the developer in a predetermined direction and a spiral-blade-shaped circulation auxiliary member to transfer the developer to the center portion of a rotation shaft, a second rotation member having a mixing and transfer member to transfer the developer in a direction opposite to that by the first rotation member and a circulation auxiliary member to transfer the developer to the center portion of the rotation shaft, two end portion partition walls formed along the circulation auxiliary member, and a center partition wall formed along the mixing and transfer member at a position separated from the end portion partition walls by a predetermined distance. The mixing and transfer member formed in the first rotation member and the second rotation member is formed to extend to the downstream side in the transfer direction of the developer from at least the center of a communication portion between the end portion partition walls and the center partition wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
