PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FFC superior in dielectric characteristics and flexibility. SOLUTION: This FFC is equipped with a plurality numbers of conductors 2 arranged in parallel, a first insulating layer 3 installed by pinching the plurality of numbers of these conductors 2 from both face sides, and a second insulating layer 4 arranged on one side or both sides of thickness direction of this first insulating layer 3, and on a surface of one side or front and rear both sides of thickness direction of the second insulating layer 4, uneven parts 4a, 4b for dielectric constant adjustment arranged alternately along the plurality of numbers of conductors 2 are formed.
