PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the effect of vibration accompanied by a rotating tire or the like on a tire information transmitter, and to prevent such failures that the tire information transmitter falls off the tire inner wall due to the vibration, and that the circuit of the tire information transmitter is damaged. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure 10 of a transponder 40 that is installed to tire side, measures tire information, and transmits the tire information to a vehicle-side device, a retainer 20 made of shock absorbing material is integrally formed inside a tire body 200. The retainer 20 is formed with an accommodating space 30 opening toward the tire center. The accommodating space 30 accommodates the transponder 40.
