<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and blowing apparatus in which a discharging nozzle can be relatively rotatably attached to a body part even in the case of attaching the discharging nozzle to the body part having a discharging port with a non-circular contour. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The outer shape contour of an attaching part 23b to the body part 1b of the discharging nozzle 23 is formed in a circular shape, and the attaching part 23b comes in slidable contact with a nozzle attaching part 22. As the result, the discharging nozzle 23 can be relatively rotatably attached to the body part 1b even in the case of attaching the discharging nozzle 23 to the body part 1b having the discharging port 4b with the non-circular contour.
