Ž<P>SOLUTION: This air conditioning control device 20 includes coolant flow calculating means S22-S26 calculating a coolant flow by applying a control current value Ic outputted to a capacity control valve 2 to the control current-coolant flow characteristics of the capacity control valve 2, and a pressure loss calculating means S27 calculating the pressure loss ΔP from the compressor 1 to the outlet side of the radiator 3 by applying the calculated coolant flow to coolant flow-pressure loss characteristics.
