<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing apparatus which is easily operated, substantially saves the work of mixing a mixture and facilitates abandonment when each one mixing work is ended. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mixing apparatus includes: the mixing container which is provided with a plurality of mixing paths for mixing fluids by making at least two or more fluids pass through, an inflow port for making the fluids flow into the mixing paths and a mixture storage part for storing the mixture which has passed through the mixing paths in a sealed state, and wherein the whole including the mixing paths is pressurized and deformed and the fluids to be mixed are moved along the mixing paths to perform mixing; a housing part which houses the mixing container; and a pressurizing part which is provided with pressurizing members facing each other and pressurizes the mixing container passing through between the pressurizing members when the mixing container is pulled out from the housing part. The housing part houses the plurality of mixing containers whose ends are disconnectably connected to each other so as to be continued in the continuing direction of the mixing paths.
