摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination film with improved applicability without degrading physical properties and optical characteristics, for the lamination film used for the optical use of a polarizing plate protective film for a liquid crystal display or a polarizing plate protective film used for an organic EL display or the like, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the lamination film including a process of applying the thin film of at least one layer on a resin film base material surface, the resin film base material surface and/or a lower thin film layer surface is treated by the method of one of atmospheric-pressure plasma treatment, ultraviolet ray irradiation treatment, electron beam irradiation treatment and minute dry ice blowing treatment before applying the thin film, then an adhesive rubber roll is brought into contact with the treated resin film base material surface and/or the treated lower thin film layer surface, and thus a foreign matter is removed.
