<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a necklace clasp surely clasped and simply unclasped by solving the problem of the conventional necklace clasp wherein it is mostly shaped like a circular ring, so that clasping and unclasping are slightly hard. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This necklace clasp includes a male part 1 and a female part 2, and when a conical form of the male part is passed through a ring-like spring of the female part, clasping is achieved. The male part and a double-slide ring of the female part push to each other, and when the ring-like spring is expanded and expanded more than the conical form, the male part is pulled out to achieve unclasping.
