<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an openable pendant which may be handled easily and safely, without risk of opening or closing when in use. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The openable pendant has a body 20 of a pendant head 11 having an internal article storage part 31, and a lid 21 for freely opening and closing an opening of the article storage part 31 of the body 20, and an engaging ring 32 and pressure contact ring 42 integrally provided at the top ends of the pendant head 11 of the body 20 and the lid 21, respectively, through which a strap material for hanging on a neck 12 is passed. The engaging ring 32 and pressure contact ring 42 are both aligned in the axial direction with respect to each another when the lid 21 is closed with respect to the body 20, and the strap material for hanging on the neck 12 is passed through both rings in the adjusted state.
