PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for the updating of a process during operation. SOLUTION: A process control means 15 outputs an instruction through a synchronization/asynchronization instruction means 17 for updating a process 12 during operation to a new process 13, and sets an R/W control means 14 set in an asynchronous mode to a synchronous mode during the execution of service processing. In this manner, write data from the process 12 become written directly in a storage 20. A process control means 15 instructs the process 12 to end processing in this state and ends the service processing, and after the process 12 ends the processing, the process control means issues a start instruction to a new process 13, and makes the new process 13 start a service.
