<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of burying-in a pipe in the vertical direction at the central part of a cereal grain storage bag surely by a simple operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This ventilation device is provided by adopting a means of installing with penetrating many small holes having a size that the cereal grains can not pass through over a prescribed length at the surrounding wall of a pipe having a fixed length and opening at its top end, also forming a tapered part closed as tapered off at the lower end of the pipe, installing a helical screw blades beginning from the side slope surface of the tapered part over to the middle of the surrounding wall surface as continued, and enabling to bury the pipe deeply in the vertical direction while the upper end opening part of the pipe projects in upper direction. A means of mounting 4 pieces of handles projecting radially by 90 degrees with each other as freely attachable and detachable in the vicinity of the upper end part of the pipe, and a means that the length of the handle is from 2 to 3 folds of the diameter of the pipe are adopted.
