The present invention relates to an apparatus which is joined to the top line of a shoe and keeps out foreign materials. The present invention is to prevent the unpleasant sensation caused by foreign materials entering the shoe during activity and to further prevent body injuries such as contusions and wounds caused by foreign materials during extreme exercise. The present invention is characterized in that a hollow pipe-shaped body-contacting part is connected to the top line of the shoe, a tightening strap is inserted inside the body-contacting part, and the tightening force of the tightening strap can be fixed, thereby being capable of keeping foreign materials out of shoes. The present invention has an effect of preventing unpleasant sensation caused by undesired foreign materials introduced into the shoes during general outdoor activities such as walking along the beach or sidewalks, as well as extreme outdoor activities such as football, running, mountain climbing and military training. |
