<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing apparatus capable of suppressing occurrence of printing failures without lowering production efficiency when solder replenishing is manually performed, and a screen printing method. <P>SOLUTION: The screen printing apparatus adds up the number of printing times for each end of printing on one substrate, and gives a warning to an operator to check a residual solder amount when the accumulated number of printing times reaches the number preset by the operator. When the operator having received the warning inputs a request of decreasing the accumulated number of printing times, the screen printing apparatus deceases the accumulated number of printing times without stopping printing work, and adds up the number of printing times again from the decreased number of printing times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
