<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin-film solar cell, capable of the generation of cracks in a light-absorbing layer. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: a light-absorbing coated film forming step for forming a light-absorbing coated film, by coating the first electrode layer 2 with a light absorbing layer solution in which a single precursor containing at least one kind from among Cu, S and Se and at least either kind of In and Ga is dissolved in an organic solvent; a rapid temperature increasing step for increasing the temperature of the light-absorbing coated film from 200 to 400°C, at a temperature increase speed of≥60°C/min to heat it; a light-absorbing coating layer forming step for forming a light-absorbing layer 3, containing at least one kind from among Cu, S and Se and at least either of In and Ga on the first electrode layer 2, by thermally treating at a temperature higher than the maximum temperature of the rapid temperature increasing step; and a second electrode layer forming step for forming a second electrode layer 5 on the light-absorbing layer 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
