CLUTCH DEVICE AND SEAT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device capable of suppressing deformation of a part which an engagement element for regulating rotation of a rotation member frictionally contacts together with the rotation member; and a seat device.

SOLUTION: Relative rotation of an output-side cam 31 and an input-side housing 21 is regulated by making respective output-side rollers 32 frictionally contact both a cam surface 31d of the output-side cam 31 and an inner peripheral surface of a circular part 35a in an intermediate member 35 arranged on the inner periphery of the input-side housing 21. The intermediate member 35 is formed to have higher rigidity than that of the input-side housing 21. Respective projected parts 35b of the intermediate member 35 are locked in respective notch parts 21g formed at a cylindrical part 21f in the input-side housing 21 so as to be arranged coaxially with the output-side cam 31.
