PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the texture of a printed surface of a printed matter printed by a printing device.

SOLUTION: A texture control section 124 reads out texture information data 134 related to image data 132. The texture control section 124 converts the read texture information data 134 into texture control data for controlling the sense of quality on a printed surface of a printed matter to be printed by a printing device 200. The obtained texture control data are output to the printing device 200.
