<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell which has a high electron transmission speed, to provide a manufacturing method thereof, and to provide the dye-sensitized solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The working electrode of the dye-sensitized solar cell includes: a conductive basal plate; a metal oxide layer formed on the conductive basal plate; a columnar nanostructure layer of iridium-iridium dioxide or ruthenium-ruthenium dioxide; and a semiconductor nano-porous film formed on the columnar nanostructure layer, to which dye is adsorbed.
