PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooperation system for communicating data in a plurality of formats, with another communication terminal (external terminal) while using a plurality of existent communication terminals. SOLUTION: In the cooperation system comprising a plurality of terminals 20, 30 with different communicable data formats and a relay apparatus 10 connected with the plurality of terminals via a first network 49 and capable of performing data communication with an external terminal via a second network 2 connected with the relay apparatus, the relay apparatus 10 comprises: receiving means 111, 121 for receiving data in different formats from the plurality of terminals via the first network; a communication means 14 for transmitting the data of the plurality of different formats received by the receiving means to the external terminal via the second network and receiving data of a plurality of different formats transmitted from the external terminal via the second network; and transmitting means 112, 122 for transmitting the data received by the communication means to terminals corresponding to the formats of the relevant data via the first network.
