PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a control station to determine which train has entered a next base station, for allowing determination of switching of a circuit for a base station, when a voice signal is detected at a forward first zone in the case of a facing train being in communication with the same channel and present with a space of 1 base station zone in between. SOLUTION: A means is provided for switching a circuit for a base station, and for a train having closed a tracking destination base station zone in advance.
