<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which can hold also a thick sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The holder includes a first plate 1 and a second plate 2, and at least the first plate 1 out of both plates is transparent or translucent. First magnets 3 are attached to the first plate 1, and second magnets 4 are attached to the second plate 2. The first magnets 3 and second magnets 4 are respectively provided in a plurality of pairs in a coaxial manner at the peripheral edge parts of the first plate 1 and second plate 2. The first magnets 3 are fixed to the first plate 1, and the second magnets 4 are screwed into internal threaded holes 5 provided in the second plate 2 to become axially movable magnet screws.
