<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both-sided picture frame, simple in structure and easily manufactured, and a hanger means used for the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first transparent plate, the periphery of which is provided with a picture frame-like film or a pseudo frame formed of crosspieces, is disposed on one surface of a frame body to form a first frame, and a pseudo frame is formed using a U-shaped frame and a crosspiece-like presser 22 blocking up the open end of the frame in the frame body forming the first frame 20. One end of a second transparent plate is fitted to the presser 22 to be attached and detached to and from the inner peripheral part of the U-shaped frame to form a second picture frame 30. The second frame 30 and the first frame 20 are joined to each other to provide the both-sided picture frame, capable of keeping stored goods. Further, the opposite sides of the first frame 20 and the second frame 30 are fixed by two or more set screws, braids are fixed to both ends of the two or more set screws, and in the set screw part of the intermediate part, the braid is passed between the set screw and the frame body to form a hanging means 12.
