<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film forming device for forming a coating film by drying paint applied to a metal square plate member, the device being simple in structure and forming a uniform coating film in a short time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coating film forming device 100 includes an induction heating part 110 having a first winding part 140 formed by vortically winding metal wire and a second winding part 150 disposed with a distance K from the first winding part in the first direction X and formed by vortically winding the metal wire; and a mounting part 130 formed on the induction heating part 110 in the vertical direction Z and on which the metal plate P is mounted. The distance K between the first winding part 140 and second winding part 150 is shorter than a short side of the metal plate P, and the length in the second direction Y orthogonal to the first direction X of the first winding part and second winding part is longer than a long side of the metal plate P.
