<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warmth keeping implement of high quality, keeping a desired temperature for a long time by mounting a thermometer accurately acquiring the temperature of a hot-water bag. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A warmth keeping bag having flexibility is filled with a warmth keeping material and sealed to form a body part, and the thermometer is mounted at least on the surface thereof. The thermometer is disposed with a sheet-like detected temperature display part displaying the sensed temperature abutted on the surface of the warmth keeping bag, and the temperature display surface of the sheet-like detected temperature display part disposed on the warmth keeping material is covered with a transparent or translucent flexible member.
