PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain whether a load to be placed in a call from a patient is imposed on a specified medical worker or not by another medical worker, while allowing the specified medical worker to appropriately respond to each patient. SOLUTION: When the medical worker responds to the call, terminal identification information of a portable communication terminal 20 responding to the call of the patient is associated with time information indicating response time for the call, so as to be stored as history information. Frequency information for indicating a response frequency in a prescribed period is generated based on the stored history information. When the value of the frequency information is equal to or more than a prescribed value, it is announced that the load placed in the call is imposed on the applicable medical worker. Consequently, the medical worker confirming the announcement may assist a work being performed by the medical worker with the load imposed thereon as necessary, or respond to the call from the patient as necessary.
