摘要 The invention relates to area of measuring engineering, in particular to methods for measurement of large and medium distances, in military science, in geodesy, navigation, building, etc. Method of excess measurements of distance to fixed object differs from known ones by fact that first one chooses object by normalized by value distance D, that is placed in same environment to object under investigation, with direction of modulated flux of infra-red radiation to object with known distance D, during time of propagation of flux of infrared radiation to and from the object of investigation one calculates and remembers number of complete phases (N·360), with measurement of phase shiftbetween support and shifted in phase high-frequency signals of frequency of modulation, obtained valueis remembered. After direction of modulated flow of infrared radiation to object with unknown distance D, calculation and storage of number of complete phases (N·360) during time of delay of flux of infrared radiation and measurement of phase shiftbetween the support and shifted in phase high-frequency signals of modulation frequency and storage of value obtained by means of mirror system one directs modulated flux of infrared radiation to object under investigation in such way that it travels distance D, that is increased (or decreased)in its dimension by value of distance D, with calculation of number of complete phases (N·360) for time of delay of flux of infrared radiation, one measures phase shiftbetween the support and shifted in phase high-frequency signals of modulation frequency, value of phase shift obtained is remembered, and on real value of distance Dto object under investigation one makes conclusion by equation of time valueswhere,&phgr;,&phgr;– numeric values of phase shifts &phgr;&phgr;, &phgr;respectivelyThe method of excess measurements of distance to fixed object proposed provides high accuracy of measurement due to exclusion of active and multiplicative components of systematic error, exclusion of error due to parasitic phase shifts in electric and optical channels and error due to change of velocity of light depending on state of atmosphere.
