A method for reconstruction of defects of portal jaw shoots comprises the cuts on defect edges, exfoliation of mucous-bone flaps and closing of bone tissue defect. The cut is carried out on edge of the crest portal shoot, with additional cuts from crest edge out of topographical arrangement of the defect, having receded from sites of its localization to mobile mucous on sides of exfoliation of mucous-bone flaps, skeletonization of bone wall defects is carried out. Into the formed bone bed bone plastic biomaterial is enetered. On individual parameters of the defect a titanic membrane is cut out by cliche and stacked it so that edges of the membrane block the defect, securing with clamps. The mucous-bone pieces are mobilized, arranged sideways from the crest middle and defect of portal jaw shoots and sown them among themselves. |
