摘要 A method for formation of binary possible sequences for information electronic protection based on radioactive emission consists in following: betta-radiation from symbol-graphic images is collimated by a cellular plate and positional read by a complete matrix of semiconductor devices with charge connection a mini-camera with frame-by-frame overlapping, a symbol-graphic image is formen in a personal computer. The method is characterised in that interreacting emission from a control irradiator interreacts with A1, V and Cu substances of a rear-projection screen and mini-camera matrix, trigger a random process of electron and positron in a matrix of semiconductor devices with charged connection of the mini-camera and the rear-projection screen which positioned between the irradiator and mini-camera, they increase probable deviation which is spontaneously registered by the device.
